Welcome to GS68, the private social network built for the Ghanchi Samaj community. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and GS68 Social Network Private Limited ("GS68", "we", "our", or "us") governing your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and any related services, including the in‑platform Wallet (collectively, the "Services").

By visiting GS68.in, registering an account, or using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.

1. Eligibility

  1. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

  2. You represent that you are a bona‑fide member, relative, or well‑wisher of the Ghanchi Samaj community and that your use is for lawful, personal, non‑commercial purposes.

2. Account Registration & Security

  1. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your profile updated.

  2. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at connect@gs68.in of any unauthorized use.

  3. We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe the information you provide is false, incomplete, or violates these Terms.

3. Community Guidelines

To foster a respectful and safe environment, you agree not to:

  • Post, share, or send content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or discriminatory.

  • Harass, bully, threaten, or impersonate others.

  • Upload viruses, malware, or engage in activities that could disrupt or damage the Services.

  • Collect or harvest personal data of other Users without consent.

  • Use automated means (bots, scripts) to access or manipulate the Services.

Violation of these rules may result in content removal, wallet restrictions, account suspension, or permanent ban, at our sole discretion.

4. Wallet Services

GS68 provides an optional Wallet feature that allows Users to add funds, maintain a balance, and transfer funds to other Users ("Wallet Transfers").

4.1 Nature of the Wallet

  • The Wallet is not a bank account and does not earn interest. Funds represent a pre‑paid balance to facilitate Wallet Transfers inside GS68 only.

  • Wallet balances are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Funding & Withdrawals

  • You may add funds via approved payment gateways. Fees and limits may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

  • Withdrawals to a bank account or other external method (if offered) are subject to verification, processing times, and fees.

4.3 Transfers & Fees

  • Wallet Transfers are instantaneous and irreversible once completed. Verify recipient details carefully.

  • A small service fee may apply per transfer. Current fees are shown in‑app and may change with notice.

4.4 Refunds & Disputes

  • GS68 does not mediate personal payment disputes between Users. Transfers made in error or arising from fraud are the sole responsibility of the involved Users.

  • If you believe unauthorized activity has occurred, contact us within 48 hours at connect@gs68.in.

4.5 Compliance & KYC

  • We comply with RBI guidelines on Pre‑paid Payment Instruments (PPIs) and anti‑money‑laundering laws. We may request identity verification (KYC) and suspend Wallet access until completed.

5. User Content & Intellectual Property

  1. Your Content: You retain ownership of photos, text, and other content you upload ("User Content"). By posting, you grant GS68 a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely to operate and promote the Services.

  2. Platform Content: All GS68 trademarks, logos, software, and content created by us are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute GS68 content without prior written permission.

6. Third‑Party Links & Integrations

The Services may contain links to third‑party sites or integrate third‑party services. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms.

7. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the GS68 Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to those practices.

8. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time in your profile settings.

  • We may suspend or terminate access and/or freeze Wallet funds if we believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or pose a risk to GS68 or other Users.

  • Upon termination, licenses granted by you to GS68 will continue for legitimate archival and legal purposes.

9. Disclaimers

  1. No Warranty: The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.

  2. Wallet Risks: By using the Wallet, you acknowledge risk of loss from unauthorized use, fraud, system outages, or regulatory changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GS68, its directors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including the Wallet.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GS68 harmless from all claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall first be resolved through good‑faith negotiations. Failing which, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice via the Services or email. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
