Subscription Cancellation
Users can cancel their subscription at any time via their account settings. Access to premium features will continue until the end of the billing period.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not applicable for one-time feature purchases unless a technical error occurs on our end.
For subscription-related issues, refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase with valid reasons.
Failed Transactions
In case of failed transactions, any debited amount will be automatically refunded by Razorpay within 5-7 business days.
