At GS68, we strive to maintain transparency and fairness in all transactions that occur on our platform. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which payments made by users—whether for wallet funding, advertisements, or contributions—are processed. By using GS68.in or any of its Services, you agree to this policy.
All payments made on GS68 are final and non-refundable. This includes (but is not limited to):
Wallet Top-Ups: Once funds are added to your GS68 wallet, they are credited to your in-app balance and cannot be refunded.
Ad Campaign Payments: Payments made for advertising services (such as promoting posts or pages) are considered final and non-refundable, even if the campaign is canceled or underperforms.
User-to-User Wallet Transfers: GS68 does not intervene or reverse wallet transfers made between users.
Funding Receipts: If you receive funds through GS68 (e.g., for services, donations, or community support), those funds are disbursed by our system and not subject to reversal.
Users are responsible for:
Verifying all transaction details before confirming payment.
Ensuring correct targeting and budgeting when running ads.
Double-checking recipient usernames or IDs before wallet transfers.
GS68 is not liable for any losses resulting from user error or misuse of the Wallet or Ad Services.
Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional situations, subject to review by GS68 support:
Duplicate transactions due to system error.
Unauthorized payments due to verified account compromise (reported within 24 hours).
In such rare cases, users must contact us immediately at billing@gs68.in with complete details, screenshots, and transaction IDs. GS68 reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on our internal review.
For users who receive funds through GS68 (via community fundraising, promotions, or user transfers), we ensure proper disbursement as per our terms. Once disbursed, those funds are non-recoverable by the sender unless fraud is proven and investigated.
